The Association exists to
promote and organise chess in the County of Kent, England. Kent County have
an illustrious chess history with many past successes. These include 12 wins in the
open final since 1908 including the 2003 title and 2005,9,10 under 100 (or
equiv.)national
championship. Numerous clubs in the county are
the members (see the club links page for details)
